How to Get Help in a Timely Manner

When looking to get support for Canvas, we recommend the following pathway:

Unless your instructor has instructed you otherwise such as HI5300 that requires students to post technical problems to the class forums, please follow the support pathway below to get timely help:

During Central Time business hours: (9AM to 6PM)

After hours:

 

 

 

Best Practices:

  • Never share your login and password with anyone in any of the support portals including UTH IT Helpdesk staff -- and they will never ask for that information.
  • If the technical problem you are having affects a time sensitive activity such as an assignment submission, quiz or exam, always CC your instructor.
